Automotive: control and tracability

CF Gomma is one of the European leaders for the supply of rubber based components for the automotive industry. In order to optimize the efficiency of the extrusion lines, Actemium implemented a solution to follow-up production and process data tracability.
Food and Beverages: systems of information

The Nestlé plant of Vallet in the west of France asked Actemium to provide all services in electricity, automatisms and IT for the new production line of cream for deserts. Implementation of works was performed while the production was running.
Pharmaceuticals: quality and conformity

The Laboratory of Medical analyses Development of the pharmaceutical group Schering-Plough asked Actemium to replace the existing old Building Automation System by a system of environmental monitoring allowing to visualize, trace and archive the laboratory measurements data.
Chemistry: automation of workshop for Rhodia

Actemium did the conception and installation of a new batch system for the workshop of Rhodia dedicated to the production of polyurethane; which can serve among others as base in the manufacture of special paintings (TGV, Airbus, etc.).
Oil & Gas: optimisation of production

Lubrizol France produces “high technology mixtures", in very large quantities (batches of several dozen tons) or very small. The difficulty is to guarantee the repeatability of the process. To reach this goal, Actemium has implemented a system of control command integrated to the plant information system.
Environment: renewal of the installations

Actemium replaced all the electrical equipments of the production plant of drinking water of Vitré-La Grange in France, and integrated an operating help tool without stopping the production.
Paper: tracing the production data in Rouen

M-Real, one of the European leaders on the paper-maker market, placed its confidence with Actemium to design and integrate a solution to collect the data of its workshops (fiber, bleaching, washing, etc.) and to follow production in real time.
Energy: reporting tools

On the Dalkia energy transformation plant in Tavaux, Actemium implemented a system of automatic report publishing to comply with the administrative, environmental and profitability constraints from contractual or compulsory requirements.
