WMS Solutions
The goal of Warehouse management (WMS) is to follow a product or a service automatically from its arrival at the warehouse to its delivery. The system ensures merchandise reception, quality control, stock optimization and management, order preparation, packing, product traceability and expedition labelling, delivery note.
Actemium handles and implements a set of tools and methods in order to offer solutions for:
- ICT handling (IT servers, work stations, communicating portable terminals (Wifi, Bluetooth, radio, barcodes, PLCs, Human Machine Interface, printers…);
- Support and information capture (RFID, 2D and 3D barcodes…);
- Communication with ERP and MES, PLC;
- Handling and storing materials (AS/RS, Jukebox, dynamic stockroom, self propelled Power & Free, Monorail, rolling tables, pallet, band and bi chain conveyors, moving walkways, skillets, trans stockers);
- Information storage and restitution (Database, logs, reports…).
