Aerospace

Actemium designs and integrates solutions which provide a broad response to the challenges of new technologies and their implementation in the aeronautics and spatial industry.

Project references

Actemium has carried out a large number of projects for a wide range of aerospace customers. Several examples are given.

Projects

  • COBOTS

Installation of a cobot to support handling of metal bars weighing several dozen kilos in the press facilities at Safran Aircraft Engines (formerly SNECMA) in Gennevilliers, France.

  • FSW WELDING

Development of a solution to robotise a new aeronautical joining process: FSW, friction stir welding, a solid-state process that replaces rivets.

  • ALAFU

Atelier LAser du FUtur (laser of the future workshop): a project carried out by several Actemium business units, designed to present additive manufacturing as a fully-fledged mass production solution.

  • ROBOTISED X-RAY NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING CELL

Inspection of the internal structure of welded parts (weld integrity, corrosion, cracking). Collaborative work using two robots (collaborative robotics).

  • ROBOTISED MEAL TRAY PREPARATION FOR SERVAIR

Simultaneous engineering to define a robotised meal preparation line. Design studies and requirements analyses. Mechanical, PLC and robot studies and design for the line as a whole. IT supervision of the line. Commissioning and provision of the full range of documentation.

  • SOLDERING CELL

Development of a soldering cell designed to improve production capacity and repeatability. Management of 100 references and preparation of air exchanger metal plates.

  • MAINTENANCE FOR AIRBUS GETAFE

Maintenance of 410 ADUs (Recoules, Setitec), 3,500 manual machines (Dopco, Atlas Copco, etc.), 10 electrostatic machines and operation of the S19 A380 calibration area. Actemium carries out preventive, predictive, corrective and improvement mechanical and electrical maintenance, obsolescence monitoring, maintenance engineering, etc.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE HELICOPTER ASSEMBLY LINE FOR AIRBUS HELICOPTERS

Level 1 – 4 preventive, predictive, corrective and improvementmaintenancefor refrigeration and ovens.Support for regulatory inspections. Integration of the contract in a TPM programme. Obsolescence monitoring. The contract includes a wide range of different activities and resources.
